I try too hard not to go low. Seriously.
This is my second post for DBlog Week
Imagine if you will, going low when you have a lap band? And you’ve eaten solid protein and your already stuck. Not fun. I haven’t been there, but I don’t like that idea. So I have been running too high. Need to get over that.
If I do think I’m going low, I like to eat some really good. Snickers is high on my list and an excuse since it has protein and sugar, hoping to keep the carbs staying around for a while.
