{"id":1061,"date":"2008-08-28T02:26:37","date_gmt":"2008-08-28T02:26:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/cs\/classroom-behav\/"},"modified":"2008-08-28T02:26:37","modified_gmt":"2008-08-28T02:26:37","slug":"classroom-behav","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/cs\/classroom-behav\/","title":{"rendered":"Classroom Behavior &#8212; for Teachers!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I ran my pink sheets downstairs today and while I was gone, another teacher came into my room looking for me.<\/p>\n<p>First, I don&#8217;t like sending students out for errands like that, they should be on the computer.&#160; Second, I need the exercise.<\/p>\n<p>So I come back into my room, to find the other teacher ON HER CELLPHONE.&#160; I had to wait for several minutes for her to end her conversation before I could even find out what she wanted.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the issue:&#160; 1) she was disrupting my students, and 2), the principal said no cellphones in classrooms by teachers.<\/p>\n<p>I did tell her that I found the behavior objectionable, and that she owned my students an apology.&#160; She said it was okay because it was school business.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;<\/p>\n<p>NOT IN MY ROOM IT ISN&#8217;T!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I ran my pink sheets downstairs today and while I was gone, another teacher came into my room looking for me.
