Started the day with housekeeping and with door prizes.  I won a prep book.<\/p>\n

For Dallas area people:<\/p>\n

I would recommend Leon Schram to first year teacher\u2019s, especially those with no computer science.  Not a lot of hands on.<\/p>\n

I would recommend Glen Martin at advanced teachers \u2013 but I couldn\u2019t go to that one this year because it was at the same time as Early Start.  Haven\u2019t been for a few years, but was heavily hands on.<\/p>\n

I personally want to go to a Stacy Armstrong workshop but I don\u2019t like to pay hotel bills in the Houston area.<\/p>\n

My absolute favorite place to go for AP Computer Science training is Carnegie Melon, or a workshop put on by the Chief Reader.  Either one is an excellent choice, as they usually have the best new information.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
