{"id":650,"date":"2010-05-29T10:38:10","date_gmt":"2010-05-29T10:38:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/cs\/loving-outlook-2010\/"},"modified":"2010-05-29T10:38:10","modified_gmt":"2010-05-29T10:38:10","slug":"loving-outlook-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/cs\/loving-outlook-2010\/","title":{"rendered":"Loving Outlook 2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019ve been running the Beta of Office 2010 since it first came out, and I will be the first to admit, at home, I run Outlook the most.<\/p>\n<p>I will be the first to say I never liked Outlook when it first came out and hated Outlook Express.&#160; For years, I ran a third party program out of Dallas, can\u2019t remember the name, but I actually have a Install CD for it around here somewhere.<\/p>\n<p>I think it took getting a Windows Mobile phone and getting an Exchange account through MyHosting.com to really like it.<\/p>\n<p>I now use Outlook exclusively to do personal email, stuck with Groupwise to do school email though sometimes I cheat and use Outlook to do that too.<\/p>\n<p>One of the things I really like is that two groups I deal with use Google calendar \u2013 the place I dog train at and school.&#160; So I will download the calendar from either group, move the events I\u2019m interested in to my calendar and I\u2019m done.<\/p>\n<p>Easy peasy.<\/p>\n<p>However, I haven\u2019t been using the task portion enough, and that\u2019s one of my summer resolutions.&#160; The tasks are there, but I don\u2019t always mark the appropriately.<\/p>\n<p>I even do twitter with Outlook using TwInBox.&#160; I really like it.&#160; Especially now that you can mark favorites.&#160; I hope the next permutation is to unmark favorites. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019ve been running the Beta of Office 2010 since it first came out, and I will be the first to admit, at home, I run Outlook the most.
