Well, I just did one of my “experiments”.
Oh and by the way, exercise works.
Went to the gym and worked out on the Natural Runner (e.t. without arms). When I started, my blood sugar was at 153.
Thirty minutes later, I checked my blood sugar and it was at 93.
Ate a tootsie roll.
Went to the grocery store wandered through about half the store, and went about that pace. I’m guessing 10-15 minutes of wandering.
Blood sugar is at 88. Oh, and I took insulin (Humalog 75/25) at 7:30. And all of the happened around 4:00 pm.

Now last I took insulin (75/25) and ate dinner at 4:30. Probably around 50 grams of carbs.
Went to the gym around 6:00, blood sugar was at 118, after 30 minutes of the same machine, + 20 minutes of resistance training, sugar was at 96. I did another 20 minutes on the treadmill, maxing my heart rate. I didn’t check my blood sugar. FIRST mistake!
How many people bet my blood sugar was hovering in the high 60’s, low 70’s at that point? (At least my hand is raised).
So I don’t leave the gym without checking.
