I’m actually having trouble with running low in the mornings. I have my basal set to 50% from 4:00 am – 6:00 am. I didn’t do a bolus with today’s breakfast and was at 110 at 9:00 am. While I stayed stable throughout the morning, I am not sure I want to be at that level chasing students (today was a workday).

A good start.
One of the things that really keeps me going, is the iShape Challenges. We track three things — clean eating, strength workouts and cardio workouts.
The lady that does the challenges is going to take a 2 week break, so I think I’m going to track and keep up with my own for the next two weeks, using my blog.
So starting today, my goal is 4 clean eating days a week, 5 cardio workouts and 4 strength workouts,
