This has been a REALLY weird day. Blood sugar was very high twice, once when working out, which is very unusual for me.
I have been losing weight though, this week, so that is good.

Why is my morning bg high? What are dawn phenomenon, rebound, and Somogyi effect?
I think I am having trouble with dawn phenomenon.
I’ve been on a reduced (by two units a day) dosage of insulin since Monday.
They are having an easter egg hunt all week. So far, I’ve found three eggs — which got me two t-shirts and a personal trainer session.
Also made a goal.
Life has been frustrating lately.
I’m a dog trainer — I’ve done it for a living, but mostly as a hobby. Today I had a major accomplishment.
I met most of my exercise goals this week. I only got in two sessions of resistance training, but not bad with the kind of week it ended up being.
I think I have a problem. Got home from the agility trial and just felt like I had to do one more thing. Besides, my blood sugar had been high all day (baked potatos, even small ones, are not a good idea, by the way).
So I called around, picked a 24-hour fitness somewhat near the house (not close enough to ever join), and did 35 minutes on the ellipical trainer. (Note to self: get a lock)
I was going to go to the gym this morning, and just couldn’t get moving. Big dog and I have agility trial all weekend. I’ve been there 5 days this week, and worked with the personal trainer two fo those so I’m doing good.
My focus right now is to get untired.
Still tired, or tired again. Not sure which, but eating is going better today.
