  • I hate the time change

I did get a nap when I got home yesterday. And did get to the gym around 7:00 and got 35 minutes in on the ellipitcal trainer.

I see surgeon today about carpel tunnel surgery.

Everything went very well. Very glad to be home, and especially to get beagle kisses and hugs.

  • Might be time to decrease insulin again…

My blood sugar is staying very low all day. I’m going to keep a real close eye over the next few days, and am seriously considering reducing the amount of insulin I take.

The good news, is that I didn’t get on the roller coaster when I hit low this morning!

  • Doing Good

Have slept better than I usually do in a hotel situation. Planning on grabbing breakfast here at the hotel at 7:00, then going by 24-Fitness on the way to the workshop. (Hotel gave me a free pass), then to the workshop.

  • My trip

Keeping the hotel room for another night was a really good idea. I’m exhausted.

  • Got here!

I got to Austin about 5:30 — not a good time, and missed my exit, but finally got to the hotel.
