I went to the gym this afternoon, and blood sugar started out at 115. 45 minutes later of eliptical trainer, I was at 110. How did I do that?

I still haven’t decided.
It’s definately something that is worse when I am tired.
I see the Primary Care physician tomorrow, so will make the final decision then.
I think part of it was what I ate. I went fairly high carb. Sometimes I just get cravings and they make me nuts.
Ended up having to inject a couple of times, but blood sugar is back to what I am used to seeing.
