{"id":1067,"date":"2009-11-23T22:22:04","date_gmt":"2009-11-23T22:22:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/dietcian-visit\/"},"modified":"2009-11-23T22:22:04","modified_gmt":"2009-11-23T22:22:04","slug":"dietcian-visit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/dietcian-visit\/","title":{"rendered":"Dietcian Visit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To be honestly I have been completely frusterated lately with my lap band.&#0160; It got so bad I cancelled my personal trainer last week and went to support group, even though I&#39;ve been getting even MORE frustrating hearing that others are losing weight and I&#39;m not.<\/p>\n<p>I&#39;ll be honest, this last fill has been tough.&#0160; There are lots of things I can&#39;t eat, and I&#39;m having trouble eating in general so I&#39;ve been defeating the band.<\/p>\n<p>The good news is that the dietcian helped and didn&#39;t tell me I was all wrong.<\/p>\n<p>I&#39;ve been working on a McDonald&#39;s Mocha all morning.&#0160; It&#39;s the only way I can stomach any kind of caffeine and I need it.&#0160; Her only problem, is that I really need more protein, so I need to either add a Slimfast in the morning or find another way to get 10 grams of protein.<\/p>\n<p>She also doesn&#39;t find ice cream too bad, and thinks I ought to do a non-fat cone from McD&#39;s on the way home.&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>She thinks that will help how I feel in the evening and she thinks I should wait until about 6:30 to eat and then find a way to get some more protein in before I get to bed.<\/p>\n<p>Sounds like a livable plan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To be honestly I have been completely frusterated lately with my lap band.&#0160; It got so bad I cancelled my personal trainer last week and went to support group, even though I&#39;ve been getting even MORE frustrating hearing that others are losing weight and I&#39;m not.
