{"id":1268,"date":"2009-04-02T21:41:32","date_gmt":"2009-04-02T21:41:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/pom-juice\/"},"modified":"2009-04-02T21:41:32","modified_gmt":"2009-04-02T21:41:32","slug":"pom-juice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/pom-juice\/","title":{"rendered":"POM Wonderful!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While I was in New Orleans, I got an email from someone who wanted to send me some Pomegranate Juice to try.&#0160; It arrived today.<\/p>\n<p>I&#39;ve had Pomegranate before &#8212; fresh from a produce market on several different occasions.&#0160; I&#39;ll even buy them at the local market though I&#39;m sure they aren&#39;t as fresh as they could be.&#0160;&#0160; I also love any Crystal Light flavor that has pomegranate flavor, especially cherry pomegranate.<\/p>\n<p>This is 100% Pomegranate Juice.&#0160; Was not&#0160;prepared.&#0160;&#0160; A serving, one bottle is 150 calories and 37 carbs.&#0160; It was the 37 carbs that got me.&#0160; I expected and still expect the juice to be sweet.&#0160; It&#39;s NOT, it&#39;s very better.&#0160; Wonder where the pomegranates hide the carbs &lt;grin&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Definately something you sip, not drink.&#0160; Probably a good idea to drink in half servings since I don&#39;t know about the rest of the world, but 37 carbs is a bunch.<\/p>\n<p>It&#39;s good!&#0160; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>While I was in New Orleans, I got an email from someone who wanted to send me some Pomegranate Juice to try.&#0160; It arrived today.
