I’m 48 — the age my father was when he died.<\/p>\n

The good news:  <\/p>\n

I’m running dog agility and teaching a full load of classes.  He was at home, on oxygen and couldn’t leave the house.  Also couldn’t eat in the same 4 hours as he took a shower.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bad news:  <\/p>\n

I wish I was in better shape.<\/p>\n
