In order to increase sales of SYMLIN, Amylin got a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fool.com\/investing\/high-growth\/2007\/10\/02\/amylins-bittersweet-fda-news.aspx\">pen formulation approved<\/a> by the FDA, which it plans to launch in January.
