{"id":1824,"date":"2007-02-13T01:19:58","date_gmt":"2007-02-13T01:19:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/agility\/"},"modified":"2007-02-13T01:19:58","modified_gmt":"2007-02-13T01:19:58","slug":"agility","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/agility\/","title":{"rendered":"Agility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m really getting bummed about agility.&nbsp; It has not been going well.&nbsp; I really think it&#8217;s because my own physical health is not getting better.&nbsp; I begged my endo for help, but he didn&#8217;t have any more answers my last trip in.&nbsp; I&#8217;m not sure what to do, other than try to increase my walking.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been extremely stiff, and I know a lot of that is just the cold weather we&#8217;ve been having.&nbsp; Tonight, we did most things well, but I was running very stiffly.&nbsp; The sad part is, Marcie is trying hard, but she just can&#8217;t go any faster than I can go.&nbsp; And I think by the time I&#8217;m getting to Maggie&#8217;s runs, I&#8217;m so tired, she can&#8217;t connect with me.<\/p>\n<p>The good news, is that the youngest is on closed poles now, so I am making some progress in one world.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>The good news, is that the next trial is two weeks away.&nbsp; Everyone pray for warmer weather.<\/p>\n<p>And it was not fair that it was 60 degrees today, and 40 all weekend!<\/p>\n<p>More good news, I played hooky today, slept in, and then went mall walking.&nbsp; I didn&#8217;t get enough steps in &#8212; only 8485, but 1796 of them were aerobic.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m really getting bummed about agility.&nbsp; It has not been going well.&nbsp; I really think it&#8217;s because my own physical health is not getting better.&nbsp; I begged my endo for help, but he didn&#8217;t have any more answers my last trip in.&nbsp; I&#8217;m not sure what to do, other than try to increase my walking.
