I&#8217;ve been slowing increasing my basal rate, and I&#8217;ve been correcting, and by morning, my blood sugars are fine.<\/p>\n<p>Right now, I&#8217;m at 270 which is extremely high for me, but that also explains why my vision is blurred and I&#8217;m craving sugar.<\/p>\n<p>I corrected, and I upped my basal by .025 units again.  I know I under bolused, because I forgot to check the carb count on my food before I cooked it but this is ridiculous.  I also know that some of the weekend issue is because I exercise in the morning on weekends instead of the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s kind of a vicious cycle by the way &#8212; my blood sugar will be high, I get sluggish and it stays high.
