{"id":263,"date":"2016-08-25T08:20:43","date_gmt":"2016-08-25T08:20:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/jenny-craiggood-progress\/"},"modified":"2016-08-25T08:20:43","modified_gmt":"2016-08-25T08:20:43","slug":"jenny-craiggood-progress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/jenny-craiggood-progress\/","title":{"rendered":"Jenny Craig&ndash;good progress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I started on Jenny Craig Monday lunch.&nbsp; We\u2019d faxed a permission form to my Endo on Saturday, they indicated to Jenny Craig that they would return it on Monday morning, so they called and I was able to start.&nbsp; My scales say I\u2019ve lost around 3 pounds in the two days.<\/p>\n<p>I like that I have a planner that I just check off what I\u2019ve ate.&nbsp; That\u2019s one way DietToGo could fix things.&nbsp; I didn\u2019t really see that kind of tool.&nbsp; I also like have those extra meals around.&nbsp; Last night, when I just had to have something else, instead of pulling out random junk food, I pulled out a DietToGo meal and ate some of it.&nbsp; Tossed the rest.&nbsp; I do have another week coming today.&nbsp; My husband is eating some of those meals too.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m on the 20\/20 plan and my consultant has been quite available to ask questions \u2013 so it\u2019s all good.&nbsp; No \u2013 just check the website when I have a question.&nbsp; She actually answers it.<\/p>\n<p>Food is good but expensive.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I started on Jenny Craig Monday lunch.&nbsp; We\u2019d faxed a permission form to my Endo on Saturday, they indicated to Jenny Craig that they would return it on Monday morning, so they called and I was able to start.&nbsp; My scales say I\u2019ve lost around 3 pounds in the two days.
