Today was interesting &#8230; I had almost decided that I was going to &#8220;cheat&#8221; on the clean eating, but ended up not doing it.   I ended up being 800 calories under goal after dinner, so after a 43 minute cardio session treated myself to a Subway toasted roast beef sandwich and some corn chips.  And it was a nice treat.
