{"id":3265,"date":"2004-09-19T09:49:31","date_gmt":"2004-09-19T09:49:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/current\/"},"modified":"2004-09-19T09:49:31","modified_gmt":"2004-09-19T09:49:31","slug":"current","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/current\/","title":{"rendered":"Current"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I don&#8217;t like the way things have been going, and I&#8217;m going to concentrate on fixing some of that this week.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m losing 3-5 pounds during the week and then gaining back part of what I&#8217;ve lost.  Part of the problem, is that I&#8217;m losing too much during the week.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m also tired all the time.  And I&#8217;m having a lot of trouble with gastric reflux still, even though I&#8217;ve lost a lot of weight.<\/p>\n<p>One of my students pointed out the main problem &#8212; I&#8217;m up and perky in the morning, but by the end of the day, I&#8217;m just exhausted.<\/p>\n<p>One change I&#8217;m going to make right away is when I eat.  I&#8217;m going to eat a bigger breakfast, and try not to eat anything after 6:00 pm this week.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m also going to take a day off in the middle of the week if I feel stressed, especially since I have staff development on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve also got my schedule set up so I shouldn&#8217;t have to be on my feet a whole lot.<\/p>\n<p>The good news!
