I only got in two sessions of resistance training, but not bad with the kind of week it ended up being.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I am going to try to go to 40 minutes on the days I don&#8217;t do resistance training, but I&#8217;m not going to push it.  <\/p>\n<p>My biggest goal this week is to get untired.  I&#8217;m finally feeling better today.<\/p>\n<p>Still haven&#8217;t decided on the surgery, but will see my primary care physician next Monday (or before), to discuss it with him and have the pre-op tests scheduled.<\/p>\n<p>The hands do not bother me, as long as I remember to wear my splints, but I still can&#8217;t wear my rings without pain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I met most of my exercise goals this week.
