Not sure which, but eating is going better today.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Yesterday afternoon I made some bad choices before going to the surgeon, but they weren&#8217;t REAL bad choices.  Still don&#8217;t know what to do.<\/p>\n<p>I am going to talk to a &#8220;Carewise&#8221; counselor this evening on the way to dog class.  Might as well get something accomplished on the way.<\/p>\n<p>Also have gotten to the gym everyday so far, and made appointment with the private trainer for tomorrow, so doing well on that.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Still tired, or tired again.
