{"id":3937,"date":"2003-04-07T10:46:02","date_gmt":"2003-04-07T10:46:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/dont-get-tired\/"},"modified":"2003-04-07T10:46:02","modified_gmt":"2003-04-07T10:46:02","slug":"dont-get-tired","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/dont-get-tired\/","title":{"rendered":"Don&#8217;t get TIRED!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is really a note to myself&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>I got too tired on Sunday, and I should have just gone to bed, but I had so many things I thought  I needed to do.<\/p>\n<p>The consequence &#8212; I just kept eating and eating.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The good news:  <\/p>\n<p>I kept to protein and fat so my blood sugar wasn&#8217;t affected immediately &#8212; that makes it even worse.<\/p>\n<p>Today I don&#8217;t feel like eating at all.  In fact, I couldn&#8217;t eat breakfast, and did a Glucerna meal replacement bar.<\/p>\n<p>Still haven&#8217;t decided about exercise.  I&#8217;ve got to go to a staff meeting after school today, though I do have an appointment with the personal trainer at 6:00.<\/p>\n<p>I have a appointment with doctor on Tuesday, and I&#8217;m not planning much until I have talked with him.<\/p>\n<p>So right now, I&#8217;m thinking of sticking to close to last week.  At least 5 days of exercise.  30 minutes + resistance training or 35 minutes.
