Took 4 units of regular insulin.<\/p>\n<p>An hour later, I thought about checking things &#8212; I&#8217;m supposed to, but thought, oh, gee, I&#8217;m headed to the gym, I don&#8217;t want to add insulin before then and check it there.<\/p>\n<p>Well, I was in such a hurry to get started, forgot to check it.  Did 30 minutes SLOW on the treadmill.  I&#8217;m still tired from last week, and then checked sugar.<\/p>\n<p>88 and going down.
