Maybe that will help me stay on track&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not logging sugars\/etc. today.  I had to do some intensive logging for CDE a few weeks ago, so I&#8217;m giving myself a break.  I think maybe I should log for a while next week.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m currently on 34 units, twice a day of Humalin 75\/25.  I take one dose at breakfast, one at dinner.  I am also on sliding scale.  Yesterday I needed two shots, one in the afternoon, 8 units, and 2 units in the evening.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, I have to exercise before 2 pm if I&#8217;m going to my gym.  I usually take Sunday as a rest day.  <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m losing weight, though I haven&#8217;t picked a &#8220;starting weight&#8221; so I don&#8217;t know how much I&#8217;ve lost.  I avoided my scale for a while, since getting on insulin and finding the right dose (which was at 36 units, twice day a day), made me gain weight.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>My blood sugar is staying in the 100-130 range (meaning, I haven&#8217;t gone below 100 or above when I tested.<\/p>\n<p>I ate egg beaters for breakfast with low fat Eckrich Sausage.  Egg beaters is new for me.  I&#8217;ve been going out for breakfast on the weekends, because if I bring home breakfast stuff, I end up throwing a lot of it out.  I tried the Southwest style this weekend, with Mexican cheese and it was as good as Taco Cabana Eggs Mexicana (one of my favorites).<\/p>\n<p>My weight was lighter than yesterday.
