My doctor&#8217;s personal handed me the meter and said you&#8217;ll really like it, it has software you can download and you can download the meter with it.  So I come home, read the manual, and one page 73 it says to go to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.onetouch.com\">http:\/\/www.onetouch.com<\/a> website to find the software.\n<\/p>\n<p>There is no indication on that page as to where the software is,  nothing on the support page either.\n<\/p>\n<p>So I call the 1800 number referenced on page 73 and the first rep hangs up on me.  Come to find out, you have to go to the bottom of the &#8220;My Products&#8221; page, click on the software image page, where the Verio is NOT listed, and then load that software.\n<\/p>\n<p>Please.
