My first blog entry&#0160;was in February 2003.&#0160; David Mendosa has been writing about Type 2 diabetes longer, but didn&#39;t start blogging for a while after I did.&#0160;&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>I haven&#39;t changed my domain, though I have changed software and don&#39;t always have this blog as my most prominent.&#0160; All those entries are still there!<\/p>\n<p>For years I was pretty much anonymous and didn&#39;t say much about my personal life. My blogging tends to parallels what is going on in my personal life.&#0160; The more I blog, the better control I have.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#39;t try to make money though I did sign up for some ad opportunities. Haven&#39;t made a dime. Don&#39;t care though.<\/p>\n<p>For me, its about writing and about recording what is going for me. Especially when it isn&#39;t working.<\/p>\n<p>Those of us who dealing with Type 2 are dealing with a life time of habits. Environment is tough to fight. I have been taught to focus when I have a challenge or opportunity and I frequently get caught up in them.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, I am in the middle of one that has made managing diabetes a challenge.<\/p>\n<p>So don&#39;t forget me when I get wrapped up in one of those projects, as I do keep up with many of you.<\/p>\n<p>Sent from my Windows Phone<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bet most of you don&#39;t remember that I was first and have been the longest.
