{"id":884,"date":"2010-09-30T13:48:25","date_gmt":"2010-09-30T13:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/status-update-2\/"},"modified":"2010-09-30T13:48:25","modified_gmt":"2010-09-30T13:48:25","slug":"status-update-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/status-update-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Status Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>First, I was released from Physical Therapy last week, and I am just getting used to having those 4 hours back.&#160; I\u2019m still very stiff and have muscle pains everywhere but the right knee.<\/p>\n<p>Today is the first day I missed a workout that I didn\u2019t have PT scheduled in the afternoon.&#160; Just tired and had trouble waking up.&#160; Not sure if I\u2019ll try to make the workout up at all.&#160; I\u2019m just exhausted between not sleeping well before a staff development and my dog training schedule.&#160; I have three late night classes right now, and it\u2019s hard to wind down.&#160; I need to schedule a nap before I go to class.<\/p>\n<p>Fit4D is a bit disappointing as it takes SO long from them to ramp up.&#160; I finally got a strength workout from them yesterday, but haven\u2019t had a chance to try anything.<\/p>\n<p>My biggest problem is my food issues \u2013 I\u2019m still binging, especially when I\u2019m tired.&#160; The good news is that I haven\u2019t had a food incident since Saturday night, so I might have just tried too fast.
