{"id":932,"date":"2010-06-26T12:56:07","date_gmt":"2010-06-26T12:56:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/exercise-and-eating\/"},"modified":"2010-06-26T12:56:07","modified_gmt":"2010-06-26T12:56:07","slug":"exercise-and-eating","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/exercise-and-eating\/","title":{"rendered":"Exercise and Eating"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019m not sure why, but it\u2019s hard for me to exercise when I\u2019m working.&#160; Easier when I have summer.&#160; Things are going well exercise wise.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, I just finished walking 25 minutes, from 1.6 to 1.8.&#160; Slow but steady.&#160; My rule right now is to walk 25 minutes straight or two sessions of at least 15 minutes a day.<\/p>\n<p>Knee is tight, and so is the leg, but it\u2019s doable.&#160; I would like a few more sessions of rehab, but if it doesn\u2019t happen I\u2019ll survive.&#160; <\/p>\n<p>Doing lots of dog training, and even some some trials.&#160; Last night Macy and I did USDAA, and didn\u2019t make time but had a good time.&#160; <\/p>\n<p>My goal for exercise is to easily due 25 minutes, then work towards running a 5K.&#160; Don\u2019t want to run a 5K, just do the training.&#160; I figure it will make courses easier to run.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019m not sure why, but it\u2019s hard for me to exercise when I\u2019m working.&#160; Easier when I have summer.&#160; Things are going well exercise wise.
