{"id":96,"date":"2019-05-26T19:40:44","date_gmt":"2019-05-26T19:40:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/fall-after-week-three\/"},"modified":"2019-05-26T19:40:44","modified_gmt":"2019-05-26T19:40:44","slug":"fall-after-week-three","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/fall-after-week-three\/","title":{"rendered":"Fall &#8211; after week three"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s been three weeks and three days since I fell.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m walking but it wears me out and I limp badly.<\/p>\n<p>I did 5 minutes on treadmill today.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve had days when my knee ached, and that makes me scared I need a knee replacement. &#0160;Most days, I have pain in my glutes, and the muscle just about my knee and below, but not the knee itself.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m faithfully doing rehab exercises.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s the deal. &#0160;Each day, I get about 10% better than the day before. &#0160;Note that doesn\u2019t add up to 100% better. &#0160; But since I\u2019m 10% better, I do 10% more effort, leaving me tired and frustrated at the end of the day. &#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Rinse, Shampoo, repeat.<\/p>\n<p>I have to ask the physical therapists if I am better, because I don\u2019t feel it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s been three weeks and three days since I fell.
