{"id":97,"date":"2019-05-13T23:00:17","date_gmt":"2019-05-13T23:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/fall-11-days-later\/"},"modified":"2019-05-13T23:00:17","modified_gmt":"2019-05-13T23:00:17","slug":"fall-11-days-later","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/fall-11-days-later\/","title":{"rendered":"Fall &#8211; 11 days later"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I went to physical therapy on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>We came up with a plan for the dog show. &#0160;Basically, I\u2019d use the rolling walker (rollator) when I was setting up the dogs, putting them on the table, etc. but lose it to show their gate.<\/p>\n<p>Apparently I did way too much.<\/p>\n<p>First, they wanted Summer to be shown by a junior but she was not having it and went into full blown snit. &#0160;I ended up going in the ring with her, because we didn\u2019t have time to let someone else show her.<\/p>\n<p>She did make friends again with Martha\u2014owner of Summer\u2019s father. &#0160;<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, it was decided that Martha was going in with Summer and Ann was taking Obi in.<\/p>\n<p>Good news, we got the same result.<\/p>\n<p>I was exhausted, and wasn\u2019t up to arguing with anyone, but did manage to move both dogs around at the same time with the rollator.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday night, my knee was itching and most of the day Sunday. I woke up today with it aching. &#0160;Cleaned out the car, got to the grocery store and picked up two easy meals, did lunch and went to physical therapy, iced and rested it the rest of the day until dinner time. &#0160;I managed to make dinner, though it wasn\u2019t hard. &#0160;Salmon in the oven, veggies in the microwave.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m the best I\u2019ve been now which is great because I was totally discouraged during PT.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I went to physical therapy on Friday.
