{"id":988,"date":"2010-04-02T12:26:14","date_gmt":"2010-04-02T12:26:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/finally-slowing-on-the-losing-side\/"},"modified":"2010-04-02T12:26:14","modified_gmt":"2010-04-02T12:26:14","slug":"finally-slowing-on-the-losing-side","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kweaver.org\/diabetes\/finally-slowing-on-the-losing-side\/","title":{"rendered":"Finally, slowing on the losing side"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Made a quick mention of this, this morning.&#160;&#160; I\u2019m at my lowest weight since the lap band process.&#160; That means I am more than 40 pounds down from my heaviest.<\/p>\n<p>It is STILL frustrating.&#160; I don\u2019t lose in a smooth progression.<\/p>\n<p>My biggest problem is stress, and I am on the downside, I hope of a very stressful situation.&#160; I haven\u2019t slept all night since spring break.&#160; I am having trouble even going to bed, as I anticipate problems.&#160; Last night I finally forced myself a little before 12:30 pm.&#160; Even skipped the computer, but woke up around 5:00 am and just laid there for a while.<\/p>\n<p>I might try sleeping pills tonight, but I don\u2019t really like the way I feel the next day.<\/p>\n<p>Best news, it is does seem to have affected my insulin usage.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Made a quick mention of this, this morning.&#160;&#160; I\u2019m at my lowest weight since the lap band process.&#160; That means I am more than 40 pounds down from my heaviest.
