The Haversian Canal: Call an Ambulance, in the US
I live in Farmers Branch, and recently ourfire department won an award for having one of the fastest response times in the country. Also the fire station is so close, that it probably takes them longer to turn on the unit than it does to drive here.
Faster response from ambulance or any public service vehicle would certainly help a diabetes patient. I just found out recently that a friend of mine has Type 1 diabetes. He ignored the symptoms because he never knew it could be diabetes.
