Back at the beginning of the school year, I got a mammogram. They didn’t like something on the xray on my left bresat, and insisted on doing it over.
Then they wanted a 6 month follow up.
I did it today.
No big deal, come back in 6 months for your regular mammogram.
Don’t worry — I never did.

I don’t mind the sonograms, but I don’t understand why its necessary to give myself the radiation dosage associated with the mammogram every year. As far as I’m concerned, why dont’ we sonogram that left breast every six months, and mammogram e/o year?
