Exercise goals

I met most of my exercise goals this week. I only got in two sessions of resistance training, but not bad with the kind of week it ended up being.

I am going to try to go to 40 minutes on the days I don’t do resistance training, but I’m not going to push it.

My biggest goal this week is to get untired. I’m finally feeling better today.

Still haven’t decided on the surgery, but will see my primary care physician next Monday (or before), to discuss it with him and have the pre-op tests scheduled.

The hands do not bother me, as long as I remember to wear my splints, but I still can’t wear my rings without pain.
