I know my doctor does this every 3 months. Last trip mine was 6.8. It started at over 12, went to 8.8 and now to 6.8 so I must be doing something right

Awesome, great work! Mine started at 12+ and within six months or two tests got down to 6.2! I understand how hard it is to do that and keep it there. Good job, keep up the effort!
