Another week done!

I lost track, but I’ve been exercising regularly for several months.  Last week I sort of switched.  I’ve been trying to get to 10,000 steps each day with at least one aerobic session except for dog agility days.

Right now, I have averaged 10074 steps per day for the past week.  I have also averaged 1648 aerobic steps.  I want to increase by 10% a day, which would give me 11081 steps per day and 1812 aerobic steps per day.  We’ll see.

    I have a pedometer question, do you think you could answer it? I’ve been contemplating this whole 10k steps a day, and was wondering if anyone knew if walking videos (where you walk in place) register with a pedometer, or if you have to walk distance to have it acknowledge the step?
