This is really a note to myself….
I got too tired on Sunday, and I should have just gone to bed, but I had so many things I thought I needed to do.
The consequence — I just kept eating and eating.
The good news:
I kept to protein and fat so my blood sugar wasn’t affected immediately — that makes it even worse.
Today I don’t feel like eating at all. In fact, I couldn’t eat breakfast, and did a Glucerna meal replacement bar.
Still haven’t decided about exercise. I’ve got to go to a staff meeting after school today, though I do have an appointment with the personal trainer at 6:00.
I have a appointment with doctor on Tuesday, and I’m not planning much until I have talked with him.
So right now, I’m thinking of sticking to close to last week. At least 5 days of exercise. 30 minutes + resistance training or 35 minutes. And giving myself permission to have a day off other than Sunday.
