Just asking, but what are those 3 numbers you post from time to time? I’m one of those folks who’s finally gotten onto the health thing as it regards my diabetes, and I’m doing my workouts with the treadmill. Haven’t lost any weight in a month, but I’ve lost inches in my legs and chest (not my stomach; that’s disappointing) and my glucose has dropped drastically, which I love.
