Goals this week

I probably made two doctors mad if they knew I had gone to the gym today. But I got 45 minutes of slow cardio done. And mentally I felt better.

I probably should have taken pain pills before I did because it is throbbing now.

So I accomplished three days of 45 minute cardio and three days of resistance training with 30 minute cardio.

I have no idea what I’m going to do next week.
