My husband and the people at the gym think it is a good thing though…
I have been busy trying to get ready for my trip to Austin. Had to do some mandatory training at school, which put me 45 minutes behind on my usual day, etc… so I decided this afternoon that skipping the gym today, and doing 35 minutes at the treadmill tomorrow evening at the hotel would be okay.
Well at 5:45, I looked at the clock and realized that if I grabbed dog and treat, I could get 35 minutes done on the treadmill, and could get to dog class.
So I did.
The good news, is that I have met me goal so far this week and have only two days to go.
