Master’s Degree — Grades are Official!

I just checked UNT’s system and my grades are official.

I made an A in each of the two classes I took this summer. In fact, I’ve made an A in each of the CECS courses — my major. My only “B” in my degree plan was from the Computer Science department.

The degree won’t be official for several weeks, but man, that’s good news.

Such great news about your degree! Whew! What a relief! It amazed me what a feeling of accomplishment I had after I finished mine. It gave me a whole dose of “Of course, I can do that!” attitude.
Are you noticing a greater effect from your Symlin? I feel like I am. I am simply not hungry – and more than that just have no desire to eat in the late afternoons/evenings. I’ve noticed this the last several days. Was with a group of ladies last night – dear friends – and there were pistachios and fruit out. Nothing wrong with any of that, but … I just didn’t want any. It’ll be great if this truly is a result of the drug and not just a fluke right now.
So far at lunch I’m just not eating enough to have the shot – salads or skinny bread sandwiches are what I’ve taken. I do have 2 days a week where my lunch is slightly longer so I could work it in on those two days. That’s like an escape hatch if I get tired of my tiny lunches.
Then I get at apple with some lower carb peanut butter around 3:00 and I’m making it just fine.
Hope your school year is getting off to a great start,
