I make no secret that I am a bigger fan of Atkins then I am of any other type of diet. I’ve done Atkins, but didn’t lose much weight on it. But I don’t lose much weight on anything else.
Atkins is easier for me to stay on. It’s easier on my blood sugar levels too.
I do feel Dr. Bernstein’s ideas are better for diabetics, limiting both protein and fat.
In fact, I’m going to make a call to Diet Gourmet and switch every thing over to lower carbohydrate….
