I just went through the Pre-Op Stuff on my surgery, and guess what I just found out.
Yeah, I’ll go back to work on Monday but with a huge bandage on my arm.
For two weeks.
At least.
Fun….. and I’ll let everyone know how one handed shots go. At least I just converted to, and just got a pen for my sliding scale.
The nurse and I sat down and came up with a plan for my insulin, on the day / evening before of the surgery.
I’ll do my usual the evening on, and then no insulin until after the sugery. They do have you eat something before you leave and make sure you keep it down.
