Worst “bout” with symlin

I think I’ve had my worst “side effects” of Symlin this morning. I don’t usually eat a lot of carbs in the morning, but decided to give it a try today. I had some breakfast pizza — 45 carbs.

I also did my exercise routine right after. I had a brief bout of queasiness and nausea while I was working out but since I’ve finished and showered, everything seems to be calming down.

Weight is still going down on a fairly rapid basis, even after yesterday’s sitting still all day.

    Thanks for keeping us updated with your progress on Symlin! I am going to try it out when Health Canada (finally) approves it as an Rx drug in Canada; I’d like to get my CHO ratio’s down a little. I have already spoken with my physician about it and although she doesn’t think I need it (PP’s are great) she is willing, as always, to let me make the call (like I’d give her a choice lol). So your experiences are giving me great insight to what I might expect once I am on it.
