    I really recommend Arnold’s Pump Club app. I do have a referral code for it:

    It took me from bodyweight only 3 days a week to doing his workout on machines, six days a week. I can easily shift from machines to dumbells. In fact, had to yesterday.

    They just added an nutrition component.

    I will finish week 94 in a few hours.

    Starting the blog hasn’t worked. Giving it another shot.

    Didn’t win the contest.

    On Week 93 + 5 days of working out.

    Added a Prehab workout a week ago. On week two of that.

    Down over 90 pounds total since my lap band surgery and at the lowest weight I have been since I did that.

    I’ve gotten here twice — once on Jenny Craig and once on Profile.

    Maybe should have done this a long time ago.  

    I have been going to the gym almost every day since Covid and was working out in the home gym during Covid.  Probably going to the gym regularly since I retired from teaching public school about 10 years ago.

    It even impresses gym managers and personal trainers.

    I just joined a gym contest and decided this would be a good way to participate in the contest.  I also just started doing Pilates in a weekly class.

    I use Apple Fitness Plus workouts for cardio and The Pump Club by Arnold Schwarzenegger.  I have done 70 weeks of the The Pump Club.

    I've lost 30 pounds since starting Mounjaro.
