Background story on Mr. Universe.  And Jackson, MS could be brutal to outsiders so I image the backwoods of Mississippi would be  worse.

The reigning Mr. Universe, he’s two hundred pounds of sheer muscle and the picture of good health.

    I wonder where the heck he puts his infusion sets? Doesn’t look like much “subq” tissue anywhere!
