Just got a @OneTouch Verio Meter because I’ve been having trouble seeing my One Touch Ping meter screen. My doctor’s personal handed me the meter and said you’ll really like it, it has software you can download and you can download the meter with it. So I come home, read the manual, and one page 73 it says to go to the http://www.onetouch.com website to find the software.
There is no indication on that page as to where the software is, nothing on the support page either.
So I call the 1800 number referenced on page 73 and the first rep hangs up on me. Come to find out, you have to go to the bottom of the “My Products” page, click on the software image page, where the Verio is NOT listed, and then load that software.
Please. My mother can figure that out?
Good thing I took the day off…..
