Carb or Not to Carb

I eat carbs.  If I do primarily protein, I get gastric reflux. However, the lap band limits the amount of carbs I can eat.  Right now, can’t do much bread, much in the way of wraps, etc.  I can usually do a bit or two but not much more.  Crackers or anything salty doesn’t work either.

So I tend to drink my carbs…..  Favorite: McDonald’s Mochas.  Now I really like the Frappe Mochas but I found out that they are a third more carbs than the regular ones, so I am not doing them.
